The Hot Forming Elbow Making Machine is divided into two systems

1   Heating induction system

Heating induction system use 380V,50HZ three-phase alternating current,through the thyristor to do frequency conversion,resulting in 2500HZ medium frequency current that heating the raw material

2   Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system can push the raw material that heated into the mould to produce elbow

Components

1   Main machine body ,console,electrical control cabinet

2   Water lines,medium frequency power supply,hydraulic pump station

 3   Medium frequency coils
