Can you show me the production process of Elbow Machine ?

Yes, First of all, a pit used to falling down elbows shall be dig well. Then:

1 .Ready raw pipe used to make Elbows, cut it to correct length, It needs 2 persons

2. Choose right Mandril used to produce Elbow, make sure the mandrel has been connected with long steel pool and put the mandrel onto machine

3. Use suitable clamp to fix mandrel pool with Elbow Forming Machine after loading raw pipes to mandrel. (Crane and 3-4 persons required for 2 and 3)

4. Choose correct coil as while as some persons ready mandrel and fix it

5. Put coil to Mandrel, give it a good position for heating

6. Open Intermediate Frequency Power and start heating to mandrel

7. Stop Power source once the whole mandrel turning red .

8. Adjustment the coil to pushing position.

9. A special technician start operation at operation panel of machine,all works are controlled by switches.
