Heating Coils

Coils are the important parts in Elbow Machine, Pipe Expanding Machine and Bending Machine.

Different machine requires different production coils.

Material of Heating Coils: Copper

Size: OD25-0D1400

Right Maintenance on Heating Coils:

1.       Cooling water: water inlet temperature: 5-35 degree

Water oulet temperature: not more than 55 degree

Water pressure:0.2-0.3 Mpa

Conductivity: not less than 20 K Ohm

2.       Layout on ground: just put them one by one for reserve,do not stack them
