Hot Forming Pushing Machine

A. Hei Yan International produce Forming Machine :

1.Raw pipe for elbow producing:Seamless steel pipe,welding steel pipe or coiled steel pipe

2.Production scope of forming machine:1"-60"

3.Thickness:5mm - 120 mm

4.Angle available scope:22.5 degree ,45 degree,90 degree,135 degree

B. Instuction of Forming machine

The forming machine is composing by: hydraulic main pushing machine,bending degree adjustment device, hydraulic pump,medium frequency heating system,operate panel,control panel of generators, panal of capacitors ,water cable,reactor.

C. The following parts shall be ready by customer :

1. cooling system (tank,water, pump,water shed, water pipeline low and above)

2. hydraulic oil : L-HM anti- wear hydraulic oil

3. connection cables

4. heating coils,mandrils according to production scope

5. related machine: press machine, cutting machine for ends of pipe .

D. Working element of Forming machine:

put raw pipe to mandril -- put heating coils to raw pipe mandril ¨C open cooling water -- setup power of frequency source -- heating pipe to 800 degree -- start pushing of elbow.
