Now, we would like to share the knowledge with everyone:  Example: OD355 to OD508 pipe

1.  A expanding machine for pipes with scope from OD273-OD610 with heating induction power of   

     500KW is needed

2.  choose right material and size of steel pipe of OD355 ,correct mandrel and coil

3.  Associated equipment : Crane , Hydraulic press for amendment, Pipe beveling machine

4.  Put coil to Mandrel, give it a good position for heating

5.  Open Intermediate Frequency Power and start heating to mandrel

6.  Stop Power source once the whole mandrel turning red .

7.  Adjustment the coil to pushing position.

8.  Coat ceruse inside of raw pipe and mandrel, make sure the pushing process is smooth

9.  A special technician start operation at operation panel of machine, all works are controlled by

     switches.

10. Use crane move finished pipe to another place

11. Check OD,if the tolerences are within standard and use hydraulic press to correct its round

12. Making bevel ends by bevel machine
