Equipment Features Description

1. The supporting plate, pushing plate of the machine is formed by 20mm medium plate welding ,the center hole diameter is 350mm.

2. Pushing plate and supporting plate strobe all used hydraulic control .

Note: In order to improve efficiency, the pushing plate strobe also was changed to the hydraulic control

.

3. The main hydraulic valve parts adopt international standards Rexroth Products (Beijing Hua De), solenoid valves are controlled by DC 24V .

4. Anterior supporting plate is equipped with clip pipe fittings.

5. Each side of Support plate, pushing plate, gate, gate slide are all processed with planer milling

6. Supporting plate gate and pushing plate gate all used 45 # steel plate.
