Pipe bending machine structure and working principle

1.       The pipe bending machine consists of the following components: hydraulic pipe pushing machine, bending radius of the angle adjustment device, hydraulic pump, the total console, motor control cabinets, medium frequency power, capacitor cabinets, water cable, electric choke. Customers should order induction coils and steel chuck according to the products you want to make.

2.       Working principle: Put the raw material tube on the pipe bending machine with a clamping roller clamp, put medium frequency induction heating coil in front of parts of raw steel, steel front clip with steel plate clamp, and fixed on the bend radius on the arm. Activate the cooling water pump, start medium frequency power, make the raw material tube local heating, start bending machine hydraulic system, then the raw material tube can slowly moving forward, it starts bending.

3.       Medium frequency heating system, medium frequency induction heating coils, capacitors, water cable, reactors and other components need circulating water cooling, cooling water takes about 30-80m ³.
