National Standard the customers interests

1.Standard

    Stainless steel lock press fittings: GB/T 19228.1

    Stainless steel water pipe for connecting to stainless steel lock press fitting: GB/T 19228.2

    Sealing used for stainless steel lock press fitting: GB/T 19228.3

    Above related standards are equivalently adopted in Germany standards of (DVGWW534:1995) and  

   Japan standards of (JWWAG116:2001)

2.Material selection

    We Provide the plumping materials are 304 and 316,316L,we can also produce according to  

    customers requirements.

3.Thickness requirements:

      1.)requirements for water pipe wall thickness

           The factor for wall thickness is differences. We can not consider simply from the perspective of the

           laboratory conditions. The definition of water pipe wall thickness in national standards have been   

           used and perfect for several decades by Germany and Japan. Choice of wall thickness is to  

           choose  reliability.

      2.) Stainless Steel press fitting thickness requirements.

            Pipe is the key component of pipeline. The reliability of connecting is crucial point of using life for  

            water pipes. So, it is not regulate the negative tolerance for pipe fitting wall thickness in GB, but 

            regulate the minimum wall thickness to avoid inadequate of pipe fitting wall thickness of material

            must be a higher grade or will inevitably cause insufficient thickness to less than the national

            standard and affect life.

4.Sealing material related knowledge:

            Sealing material is a crucial point for using pipe. Sealing material using life determines the life

            span of the pipeline system. Meeting the requirements of GB is ray point of seal material control.

            It make much adjustment require the seal material in GB .

            Standard is come from :EC EN681-1 :1998 standards.

            Material choice: to butyl chloride and EPDM.

            Extra items: compression permanent deformation for 24 hours,125degree

            Water testing:70 days,110 degree and resist ozone

  The establishment of the National Standards significantly enhance the life of the sealed material on

   the condition of 70 degree water. The life of products are equal to the life of building.
