Pipe Expanding Machine is designed mainly for the demand of large-diameter pipe production in market and for the incomplete specifications of steel pipe.

1. The pipe expanding machine is used to expand seamless steel tubes, straight welded pipes, hot roll steel tubes. Expanding type of steel pipe: high medium low-pressure boiler tubes, high pressure chemical pipes, high pressure gas tube, fluid pipe, line pipe, structural pipe and other varieties.

2. The pipe expanding machine is divided into 10 specifications as per the size and thickness (OD: 60mm -1420mm, wall thickness 4mm - 20mm).

The equipment consists of the following components:

hydraulic pushing machine, active roll-Automatic Loading and Unloading bodies, hydraulic pump, operate table, motor control cabinets, medium frequency power, compensation capacitor, water cable, coils adjust frame, reactor.

3. Connecting wires and cables, power source

4. Induction heating coil, moulds.
